Q: How long does it take to design and publish my website?
A:It generally takes 7-10 days to create a design for your website. If you have a specific idea in mind, it is much more simple and takes less time. I like to have three ideas to present to you through my own website for you to interact with, which will help make your decision making more "realisitic." From the time the design is chosen, it will be about 14 days to complete the site, provided that all of the information you want to have in your website has been given to me. Total time to complete the website will be 21-30 days.
Q: When my website is completed, does Kamstra Designs own the website and domain name or does it become my property?
A: Once the website has been published, I will give you the login and password for your account. It is your property and your responsibility to make sure that yearly fee's are paid in order to keep your specific domain name. All updates can be done through Kamstra Designs, however, if you prefer to do them on your own, that is fine.
Q: After my website has been designed and published, how do I go about making changes?
A: If you would like for us to make the changes, we are more than willing. For $45.00/month I can make changes to your website. If there are larger changes, such as page layout, additional pages, etc. the charge will range from $20.00-$60.00 on top of the $45.00 charge. Changes such as photo swapping, text editing, date changes are considered under the $45.00 monthly fee. If you have a month that you do not need any changes, you will not be charged.
Q: With the photo CD that I receive with my portraits, can I make prints from the CD?
A: The photo CD that you will receive with your package are not print quality. You may purchase all of you photos on CD in print quality (up to 8x10 sizes) for $200.00.
